Meet Dawn
Dawn White is a former educator, a licensed professional counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and a newly minted storyteller from South Carolina. After spending 24 years in education and later helping individuals, children, and families as a counselor, she revisited the dream of becoming an author and has begun writing stories that celebrate family, faith, nature, and the connections that bind generations together.
Inspired by a beloved Southern Magnolia tree that has watched over her husband's family for generations, Climbing the Family Tree is the first in a series of Dawn's books that invite children to discover the stories, memories, and relationships that help shape who they are.
